Beta terms

These beta terms apply when you use Shotvik (the API, the account dashboard and this website) during the beta. Full terms will follow.

Who can use Shotvik

Shotvik is for business and professional use. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

The beta

  • The beta is free. Paid plans will come later. The free plan’s limits are on the plans page.
  • We may change or end the beta at any time.

As is, no warranty, no SLA

Shotvik is provided “as is”, without any warranty. There is no service level agreement (SLA).

Your account and API keys

  • Keep your API keys and signing secrets secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account and keys.
  • We may suspend or remove an account or content that breaches these terms or the AUP. We tell you the reason, unless the law prevents it, and you can respond via support@shotvik.com; a human reviews before a permanent ban.
  • In urgent cases, such as ongoing abuse or a security risk, we may block access immediately; the reason and the human review still apply.
  • You can delete your account yourself in the dashboard.

Acceptable use

Your use of Shotvik is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
